Mickey Rooney’s Cautionary Tale

Just finished reading an article in the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys website about movie and Broadway great Mickey Rooney, who was fleeced of his fortune by his own son. So sad, and unfortunately, becoming increasingly common. It is important to understand that elder abuse is more than physical or emotional abuse; it can also be financial abuse.
